Every payment for a seat, split to the last percent
Four shares, and the sum of them is exactly the payment — not a single micro-dollar appears from nowhere or disappears. Below is what each share is for, and what the team share splits into.
One payment for a seat

The team share, split
Common to every pool: it is shared only among those who worked this month. Invite nobody — get nothing; otherwise a pool turns into a hand-out and inviting loses its point.

Paid up the chain of invitations, not up the matrix. Ten levels; three are open to everyone, and each person you personally invite opens one more — seven personal invites open all ten.

Binary · 10%
Two legs. Points are the price of a step in cents. You are paid for the smaller leg — both sides have to grow. What is left unpaired is not burned: it carries over to the next month.
To qualify: at least one personally invited person in each leg.
How the money is counted: at the end of the month the pool is divided by the total number of counted points — that gives the price of one point. Everyone gets the price of a point times their own points. No cap: as many points, as much money. Then it starts over.
Top 30 · 10%
The thirty who did the most this month. Weights fall evenly — 30 for the first place, 1 for the thirtieth: a steep pyramid makes the fifth place worthless, equal shares make the first pointless.
What earns points: the number of people you invited personally who signed up THIS MONTH. People are counted, not their purchases: the top 30 rewards bringing real people in, not how much they paid.
When it pays: on the first day of the month the pool closes for the previous month and the money lands on participants’ accounts. The next month starts clean — nothing carries over from the last one.

If fewer than thirty stand out in a month, shares are counted the same way from weight 30 downwards: five participants get weights 30, 29, 28, 27, 26, and the first takes 21.4% of the pool. What is left in the pool is not lost — it carries over to the next month.
Why weights fall evenly instead of forming a pyramid: with “half to the first” places from the fifth down become worthless and nobody fights for them, while equal shares remove the point of being first.
